Class Enrollment & Attendance

The following terms apply to students enrolling in Spanish Academy Live classes.

The student commits to attending classes punctually on the agreed days and times.
If unable to attend, the student must notify at least 24 hours in advance.
Class packages must be used within a maximum period of two (2) months from the date of purchase or from the first scheduled class. After this period, any unused classes will be considered expired and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Missed classes may only be rescheduled within a maximum period of two (2) months from the original date. After this period, the class will be considered taken and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Classes are non-transferable to another person.

Payments

The student must comply with payments on the agreed dates at the time of enrollment.
Failure to pay may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of classes.
No refunds will be issued for absences or withdrawal from the course.

Conduct and Presentation Rules

Respectful behavior toward the teacher, classmates, and administrative staff is expected.
During online classes, the student must keep their camera on and actively participate in the proposed activities.
The misuse of electronic devices that interferes with the class will not be permitted.

Student Responsibility

Spanish Academy Live is not responsible for personal belongings lost within the facilities.
For online activities, it is the student's responsibility to have a stable internet connection and a functioning camera and microphone.

Use of the Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate enrollment inquiries for Spanish Academy Live educational programs. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual Property
